January 28, 2021 With our success and abundance of opportunities we have decided to expand out operations. IOFI will relaunch its successful Real Estate Investments and move to Calgary, AB With the completion of our previous Montreal based developments and with the pending decline of the Montreal Market, we have identified that Calgary is severely undervalued. As such we launched our new Calgary fund in late 2020. The Calgary market suffered in recent years, factors were related to a variety of issues, amongst them political environment and correlation with the previously declining oil prices. Now the situation has changed and it is our analysis that oil will continue to increase in price and the political environment is ripe. At the moment we are set to raise between 15 to 20 million dollars and complete the projects with bank financing. Our principals already made the initial investment and the fund raising process has began. We also already purchased property sites for ten projects and looking to double that before the spring. In addition we will launch another Dignity Fund round in the next several weeks, with the previous year performing at a record 33.7% annual return.
