John Rosatti and his two super yachts, Nice N' Easy and Remember When, have been featured in a variety of yachting magazines. John Rosatti is known well for his creativity, keen business sense, perseverance, and philanthropy.

New York, NY - John Rosatti, owner of mega-yacht 'Remember When', recently attended the Fourth of July celebration docked in downtown NY's North Cove marina among a flotilla of other enviable mega-yachts.

Other yachts in attendance for the celebration along the Hudson included: Phaedra, Endless Summer, Lionessa, Nemesis, Stampede and Phil Donahue's 'Mugsy'.

John Rosatti held an Independence Day bash onboard the 'Remember When' that included about 120 friends, employees and family on board, including stars from 'The Sopranos'. John Rosatti also announced that the 162-foot 'Remember When' is on sale for $59 million.

The magnificent 'Remember When', commissioned by John Rosatti and build by Christensen Shipyards, includes: six cabins, 16 bathrooms; some which include heated marble floors and fully automatic toilets and TVs inside the vanity mirrors, air conditioning on the outside of all three levels, an elevator, full high gloss walnut walls and cabinetry, and some of the world's finest marble inlay and stone work. Erte artwork hangs throughout the yacht. 'Remember When' also features 2 Sea Tel TV satellite dishes and a Sea Tel satellite-internet dish for 24/7 Internet access. On board John Rosatti yacht are two Harleys, four Jet Skis, two Vespa scooters, and a $1 million cigarette boat that can travel at 125 mph.

John Rosatti "Remember When" also includes a variety of innovative features and is one of the first mega-yachts of her size to be equipped with an integrated dynamic positioning system (DP). This system allows the luxury yacht to maintain a fixed position despite forces such as current and wind, helping to ensure safe and efficient operation. Remember When is also equipped with the latest navigational equipment; aside from standard sonar, she also comes with forward-facing sonar, 2 FLIR infrared cameras with a split screen for a 180-degree view, 2 96-nautical mile S-Band radars, and one X-Band radar.
