Judge acquits ex-coach, saying he didn't know of Maine West hazing | |

January 16, 2014 Former Maine West High School coach Michael Divincenzo was found not guilty of battery and hazing. The judge agreed that Divincenzo, 37, of Elk Grove Village, had no knowledge of the hazing. "It is obvious that some soccer players' conduct was bad and that's unfortunate," said Divincenzo's attorney, Thomas Breen. "However, coach Divo had nothing whatsoever to do with that conduct."
