Kelly Miller circus makes one-night stop in Elk Grove Village | |

September 23, 2014 Before the Kelly Miller Circus entertains crowds in Elk Grove Village tonight, there was another performance. Lisa, an elephant born into the traveling circus, raised the big top Tuesday morning. It's more of tradition than heavy lifting (Lisa got some help from a tractor).
