Lack of seat belt use cited in I-290 fatal near Addison | |

September 26, 2013 Four people were killed and four others were injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash early Thursday on the Eisenhower Expressway near Addison. Illinois State Police Lt. Brian Windle said, "Definitely speed and a lack of seat belt use is the cause of the fatalities." He also said no one stopped to help.
