Lake Zurich working to extend tax zone for downtown redevelopment | |

November 16, 2014 Lake Zurich village board, trying to extend the life of their downtown tax increment financial district by 12 years, may have reached a deal to get District 95's support. "The TIF extension is critical to the village for our overall financial sustainability and, in particular, our ability to successfully manage the outstanding debt obligations associated with the TIF district," Village Manager Jason Slowinski said.
