Lawsuit filed against Des Plaines cops involved in fatal shooting | |

May 16, 2012 The wife of a 44-year-old man who was shot and killed by Des Plaines police Sunday afternoon after a traffic stop has filed a lawsuit against the two officers involved. A lawyer representing the widow of Carlos Salgado is questioning the lack of details being released by Des Plaines police.
