Lexington Club project sees rare reversal in St. Charles | |

January 08, 2013 Just one month ago, the Lexington Club project seemed dead in St. Charles. But the project, which aims to build up to 102 townhouses and 28 single-family homes on the former Applied Composites site, has new life after two aldermen changed votes, which resulted in a tie that the mayor broke.
