March 16, 2022 Never let it be said Aurora Mayor Richard Irvin's annual State of the City address is a dry, low-key recitation of facts. The theme of the night was "Aurora Forward" -- spelled out next to him in 3-foot-tall white, illuminated letters on the stage of the Paramount Theatre. And he announced the city will be hosting a Christkindlmarket this year.
