Lombard crackdown shows drivers routinely break cellphone law | |

August 27, 2014 The first thing Brad Bichel notices is drivers weaving out of their lanes. "They look a lot like a drunken driver when they're on their phone, when they're texting," the Lombard traffic officer said. The Daily Herald accompanied Bichel on a recent enforcement patrol.
