Man pleads not guilty in Waukegan fatal crash | |

December 05, 2013 A Wisconsin man charged with reckless homicide and aggravated DUI for killing one pedestrian and injuring another in a Waukegan traffic accident hours after using heroin pleaded not guilty in Lake County court early Thursday. Aaron B. Stoen, 26, of Twin Lakes, remains held in the Lake County jail in lieu of $500,000 bail in connection with the Oct. 26 accident.
