Mayor Bart to Chief Larsson: 'Move on' | |

August 14, 2013 Buoyed by growing public support, embattled Wauconda Police Chief Douglas Larsson has withdrawn his offer to step down from the post. Mayor Frank Bart refuses to accept Larsson's change of heart, however. Bart said the veteran cop is out as chief at the end of the month.
