McHenry man charged in death of Island Lake woman | |

June 06, 2014 A 49-year-old McHenry man has been charged with the murder of an Island Lake woman found dead in her house Monday night, authorities announced Thursday. Howard E. Dibbern, previously identified by authorities as a person of interest, was formally charged Thursday with two counts of murder in the death of 48-year-old Karen M.
