Menards proposal moves forward in Vernon Hills | |

October 17, 2013 Plans for a 223,775-square-foot Menards home improvement store will be moving ahead to the next layer of review. While village officials had questions with some aspects of the plan, they told concerned residents the property near the upscale Gregg's Landing community had been zoned for retail uses since 1988.
