December 22, 2011 Mercantile Capital Corporation, one of the nation's largest and most active providers of U.S. Small Business Administration 504 loans for small business owners who want to acquire their own facilities, has relocated its corporate headquarters to the Old Florida National Bank building in downtown Orlando. Court Ave. in downtown Orlando. Christopher G. Hurn, president of Mercantile Capital Corporation, said the firm's new 9,000 square foot office is almost 23 percent larger than the former Altamonte Springs headquarters the firm opened eight years ago, and will allow for future expansion.
