(CHANTILLY, VA) -- The Military Benefit Association (http://www.militarybenefit.org/) will sponsor the 2015 Association of the United States Army Annual Meeting and Exposition at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington, DC from Oct. 12 to Oct. 14, 2015. The MBA team is excited about introducing you to four-time Super Bowl champion Rocky Bleier and two-time Super Bowl champion Dexter Manley at booth 261.

"MBA is proud to be part of the Warriors to Workforce event with former Sergeant Major of the Army, Jack E. Tilley and the American Freedom Foundation. We are proud to help transitioning service-members to the civilian workforce," said Roy L. Gibson, MBA President. "MBA was created in 1956 to take care of our service members and their families and we stand ready to support military members as they transition at AUSA."

MBA is sponsoring a brand new "Guaranteed Issue" (GI) $100,000 group term life insurance plan for National Guard and active duty service members and their spouses aged 35 and under. Prior to leaving the military, service members can complete a simple application without any medical exam and be insured for under six dollars per month. A $50,000 GI Plan is also available to spouses.

"With so many life insurance options available, particularly as you are exiting the service, MBA reminds all service members to buy their life insurance before leaving the military," said Gibson, a retired Air Force Non-commissioned officer. "MBA is proud to offer the GI plan insurance product to military members available through Dec. 31, 2015."

MBA will host two NFL greats in their booth. Rocky Bleier, former Army Sergeant and four-time Super Bowl champion with the Pittsburgh Steelers, will greet attendees, sign autographs and take photos from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct.13, 2015 in booth 216. Dexter Manley, former Washington Redskin will do the same with AUSA attendees the following day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2015.

"Stop by booth 261 and meet some of your football heroes. Rocky is a Vietnam veteran and Dexter is an inspiring story for all," said Gibson. "Visit our booth, get an autograph and let us show you a very important way to protect your loved ones!"

MBA will provide any eligible person a no-cost one-year $10,000 accidental death and dismemberment insurance policy for simply signing up at booth 261. Those people will become MBA members at no charge and enjoy all of the association benefits for one year.

Military Benefit Association supports all military personnel, veterans, federal government employees and member dependents. At MBA, there is one clear mission: to sponsor quality life insurance and other member benefits affordable for everyone. MBA remains true to that mission today.
