May 10, 2011 Millennium Air Ship Corporation today announced its Pre-IPO Direct Public Offering of Two Million shares of Convertible Preferred Stock Units. Beverly Hills, C.A. - Millennium Air Ship Corporation today announced its Direct Public Offering (DPO) of Two Million shares of convertible preferred stock units that are being offered at U.S. $2.50 per share. This ground-floor investment opportunity is available to current customers, affiliate partners and the public in the State of California. A "DPO" is a pioneering form of financing and an innovative, cost-effective way for an established business to acquire needed expansion capital. In turn, it provides investors an affordable opportunity for a minimum investment of $10,000. Millennium Air Ship Corporation filed a Form D with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) detailing information about the firm and the offering. The company also filed an Issuer Statement and Small Corporate Offering Registration relating to these securities with the State of California's Attorney General's office. "Millennium Air Ship Corporation has strategically positioned itself for aggressive growth over the next three years," Millennium Air Ship Corporation president, Mr. Gil Costin, says. "Millennium Air Ship's hybrid lift aircraft will cause a paradigm shift in the transportation industry. The Millennium Air Ship Heavy Lift transportation aircraft will initially be a 50 to 70 ton capacity load aircraft. The aircraft's capabilities include near vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL); amphibious; 100 mph cruise speed; 2,000 mile range and operate to a service ceiling of 10,000 feet. The aircraft system is virtually green and has very little environmental impact either on the land or in the air. The cost per ton-mile will be substantially below jet aircraft plus this aircraft can transport cargo directly and non-stop from its origin to the final destination (point-to-point). The aircraft can become even more efficient and effective if an alternative fuel and buoyant gas can be obtained." Mr. Steven J. Muehler, Managing Partner of Beverly based Private Equity Investment firm 'Alta Vista Companies', pointed out that, "the majority of the problems associated with today's transport systems can be circumvented. Extensive marketing studies indicate and have identified a minimum market requirement of at least 500 50/70 ton payload aircrafts. These studies were conducted worldwide with the largest demands in Canada, Brazil, Africa and China. If market demands indicate a strong need, then a 500 ton payload aircraft will be developed." To date, the Company has received investment from private investors and /or has been self-funded for its development. Proceeds from the DPO will be used to provide working capital to produce the first aircraft(s) for delivery.
