Mistrial declared in Streamwood infant death to him | |

November 07, 2014 A judge declared a mistrial Thursday in the case of Jessica Cruz, a 22-year-old Hanover Park woman charged with strangling to death her newborn moments after giving birth to him in a Salvation Army store restroom three years ago.
