Motorcyclist killed in Elgin hit-and-run crash | |

August 18, 2011 Elgin police and emergency crews are on the scene of a fatal hit-and-run crash that involved a motorcyclist. Initial reports indicate the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on the 400 block of Walnut Avenue just before 7 p.m., Elgin police spokeswoman Sue Olafson said.
