Much lower bonds for accused Schaumburg ex-cops | |

January 31, 2013 Bond was substantially reduced Thursday for three former Schaumburg police officers accused of skimming seized drugs and arranging for their sale. Initially held on $750,000 cash bond, the three ex-officers, John Cichy, Terrance O'Brien and Matthew Hudak can be freed from jail after posting $25,000, $30,000 and $35,000, respectively.
