June 10, 2012 Performers showed persistence in the concluding day of the first round of the Suburban Chicago's Got Talent competition in Arlington Heights. One contestant, who has auditioned unsuccessfully for many televised competitions, hopes this smaller venue is her ticket. "I've been singing country since I was 3," she said.
