Neighbor charged with Elgin woman's murder | |

March 18, 2013 A 34-year-old neighbor is charged with the "exceptionally brutal and heinous" murder of Lisa Koziol-Ellis in her Elgin home two weeks ago, authorities announced this morning. Paul Johnson, of the 0-100 block of Garden Crescent Court, is charged with four counts of first-degree murder, one count of home invasion and one count of residential burglary.
