August 29, 2022 The foundation day was celebrated by Nelito Systems Private Limited, India at ITC Maratha- The luxury Hotel in Mumbai. Nelito Systems (Subsidiary of DTS Corporation Japan) marked the completion of 27 years on August 9th, 2022. Nelito celebrated the occasion with its employees and senior management at ITC Maratha, Mumbai. The foundation day of Nelito Systems also called “Nelito Day” was celebrated as a grand occasion as well it went virtually live too for all Nelitonians across the globe. This year the theme for the Nelito day was #PowerofOne with a focus on achieving success together as one team irrespective of the roles and business functions of an individual. The event was held with the aim to encourage Nelito employees across India by fostering a better understanding and affection towards the organisation and ultimately manifesting “Excellence with Agility”. The event started with a lamp lighting ceremony by the Business Heads of Nelito Systems followed by the address speech by Ajay Chadha- Executive Director. In his inspirational speech, he appreciated the collective efforts and hard work of all employees to maintain a track record of delivering exceptional customer service coupled with outstanding performance. On this occasion, several activities were conducted for the employees on the successful journey of the company and its consistent effort to develop innovative technologies to meet the requirements of the customers. A video message from Mr. Minoru Takeuchi- Chairman, Nelito Systems was then played which highlighted the objectives and purpose of DTS’s investment in Nelito. Further, he spoke about the Indian economy and how the Indian market is expected to grow exponentially in the near future in the FinTech space. He also mentioned the DTS’s plan of setting up a GDS (Global Development Centre) in India. Mr. Minoru quoted, “In the future, we intend to provide products/services from India to global markets in the financial sector through Nelito, including in response to digitization”. Mr. Sanjay Dube- Director & CEO, Nelito Systems also encouraged employees with his words of appreciation. And took them through the vision and planning for Nelito for the next few years. Further, the heads of other departments of Nelito also shared their thoughts and experiences with the organisation. Overall, the speakers stressed over the necessity of new and emerging areas of innovative products & services.
