New Sheraton hotel coming to Arlington Downs site | |

September 19, 2013 A new Four Points by Sheraton hotel will be built in Arlington Heights as part of the redevelopment known as Arlington Downs at the site of a former Sheraton hotel, the company announced Wednesday. The former 400-room Sheraton Chicago Northwest Hotel at Euclid Avenue and Rohlwing Road, just west of Arlington International Racecourse, closed in 2009 and now is the site of a $250 million multiuse redevelopment.
