No charges in death of Carpentersville man after arrest; video released

Kane County State's Attorney Joseph McMahon will not pursue any charges against the Carpentersville officers who arrested Joshua Paul hours before he died of internal bleeding at an Elgin hospital. Carpentersville Director of Public Safety Al Popp said video of the arrest exonerates the two officers, both of whom are 10-year veterans of the department and have been on active duty since Paul's death.
