No controversy, just fine dining at community college student-run restaurants

Vegetable strata with red curry sauce, white-bean ravioli and grilled mahi-mahi over sweet potato hash could be big-league food served at any upscale suburban restaurant. But instead of a deep-pocketed chain or entrepreneur running the show, student-managed eateries at community colleges are serving the creative dishes.
