No signs of a Fed consensus on bond buying plan: Standard Chartered

Steven Englander of Standard Chartered Bank says investors will be paying attention to the Federal Reserve's future policy path after the central bank said it's aiming for inflation above 2%. He says there does not seem to be any indication that there's a Fed consensus on bond buying, which could lead to investor disappointment on the long end.
