Palatine group helps to get WWII prayer book home | |

February 10, 2013 At the height of World War II in 1944, 11-year-old Claude Juin found a small, battered prayer book belonging to an American soldier on a coastal road near his small village in France. Now 70 years later, Juin and members of Palatine Sister Cities Association are close to returning the book to its rightful owners.
