Person in custody after death of Carpentersville woman | |

October 01, 2014 A "person of interest" was in custody Tuesday afternoon after a Carpentersville woman was found dead Monday night in her home, police said. Police said the woman's death appeared to be related to a domestic situation and the public should not feel alarmed. The woman appeared to have been stabbed, police said.
