July 02, 2020 Spaced out slot machines, limited seating at gaming tables and plenty of plexiglass barriers greeted patrons Wednesday at the Rivers Casino in Des Plaines and Grand Victoria in Elgin, as they welcomed gamblers for the first time since the state ordered them closed in March because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
