Police stop Des Plaines area burglary in progress | |

January 11, 2013 Cook County Sheriff's Police stopped a burglary in progress Tuesday and caught a suspect implicated in another burglary in the area, authorities said. John W. Gilliam, 35, of Chicago, has been charged with felony residential burglary and appeared in bond court Wednesday. Bond was set at $100,000.
