August 28, 2020 Before Kyle Rittenhouse can face charges accusing him of fatally shooting two people and wounding a third in Kenosha, Wisconsin officials will need permission to bring him across state lines. That process begins at a hearing Friday when the 17-year-old Antioch man will appear virtually before a Lake County judge.
