Proposal calls for stiffer penalties for distracted drivers | |

March 08, 2015 A proposed state bill from a former prosecutor would stiffen penalties for distracted drivers who kill someone. The idea would be to offer punishments similar to those handed down to DUI offenders. The Daily Herald found an epidemic of distracted drivers in the suburbs.
