Proposal for Libertyville park envisions Craftsman-style townhomes | |

July 26, 2014 The long-envisioned sale of Bolander Park in Libertyville for $2.05 million appears to be nearing a conclusion. Lake Forest developer Rick Swanson has proposed a 56-unit Craftsman-style townhouse development. The 5 acre park is about a quarter mile from downtown Libertyville.
