April 29, 2012 Hundreds of devotees of old pulp magazines and paperbacks gathered in Lombard over the weekend to buy, sell and talk about their hobby. The Windy City Pulp and Paper Convention took place Friday through Sunday, and it featured a special look at Edgar Rice Burroughs, creator of the classic characters Tarzan and John Carter of Mars.
