Pup brings smiles to Naperville man touched by double homicide | |

December 20, 2012 A few weeks ago, Matt Plackowski walked into a Naperville pet store looking for a dog to keep him company after his little brother and dachshund were killed in a horrific knife attack. He got a new one Wednesday, courtesy of that store. He gave her the same name: Tootsie. "We'll definitely work out," he said, smiling and admiring her spots. "I love her colors."
