February 19, 2015 Several development companies have expressed interest in Randhurst Village in Mount Prospect over the last month, but no sale has been finalized yet, a village official said. William Cooney, community development director for Mount Prospect, said he has talked with several developers in the past month, including RED Development, which has 27 properties nationwide.
