Rauner's transportation budget: Bikers up, transit down | |

March 03, 2015 Disabled transit riders are losers but motorcycle riders are winners in the proposed budget by Gov. Bruce Rauner, a Harley enthusiast. The fiscal plan would chop about $8.5 million for paratransit and increase funding for free motorcycle safety classes by $633,000.
