Repeat South Elgin DUI offender sentenced to prison | |

August 23, 2013 Eric Barth was spared prison after a DUI crash in Hampshire injured an eldery couple. This time around, the 24-year-old from South Elgin got 2.5 years in prison for a Dec. 25, 2012, aggravated DUI arrest just months after he was released from boot camp.
