Rousso's drug use continued after crash that killed 5-year-old, witness testifies | |

September 17, 2014 A Highland Park woman convicted of "huffing" computer dust cleaner prior to running over and killing a 5-year-old girl in 2012 abused drugs and alcohol while she was free on bond after the crime, witnesses testified during a sentencing hearing Wednesday.
