Search on for driver who fled Elgin-O'Hare Expressway crash | |

August 14, 2014 A police search continues for a driver that caused an accident that injured two people on the Elgin-O'Hare Expressway early Thursday morning, authorities said. The unidentified driver hit a private contractor's vehicle at about 4 a.m. near Irving Park Road, said Illinois State Police spokeswoman Monique Bond.
