October 20, 2014 The embattled Sears has been facing losses, critics on Wall Street, and now vendors who reportedly are worried about getting paid. But leaders of the Hoffman Estates-based parent of Sears and Kmart stores said they have enough money to pay vendors and complete its transformation into a new and better company.
