Severity of violence 'off the charts': Sleepy Hollow man charged with attempted murder in attack on teens | |

April 12, 2019 After meeting a neighbor over the weekend, Fabian J. Torres of Sleepy Hollow decided to kidnap her, authorities said Thursday. He has been charged with attempted murder and numerous other crimes in connection with Monday's attack that sent two teenage neighbors to hospitals.
