Humanitarian Aid Hospital Donation To Diocese Of Luebo - Archdiocese Of Kananga Democratic Republic Of Congo. Distinguished Brothers / Sisters: I would like to introduce you to "SOLIDARY FOUNDATION", or Association Internationale de Solidarite, a Non-Profit organization that feeds the needy improving their personal life. We currently provide them with food and grocery products, educating and engaging our community to fight hunger and poverty. We are, under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, corresponding to section on the Federal tax code with the Federal, State and local government for public purposes. Our Organization was founded in 1999 in USA to help needy people worldwide. In representation of Solidary Foundation and at the request of the Catholic Church, Mr. Paul Chehade and Mr. Vicente Da Silva traveled to the City of the Vatican to meet S.E Monsignor Emery Kabongo to arrange the details to prepare the public tender for the project of the General Hospital with 100 beds, in Luebo City / West Kasai - Democratic Republic of Congo. At the meeting held at the Vatican City it was agreed to have the full support of S.E Monsignor Emery Kabongo and the Catholic Church. S.E Monsignor Emery Kabongo, former Archbishop of Luebo and personal secretary of Pope Giovanni Paolo II, has guaranteed the project with the full support of the dioceses religious body in each face of the project and the placement of all the necessary free land for this humanitarian initiative. Solidary Foundation has decided to build and donate to the Democratic Republic of Congo - State Kananga - Diocese of Luebo a General Hospital with 100 beds with a value of US$ 10,000,000.00 (ten million dollars). Solidary Foundation has the support of the Rotary Club of Miami Florida, United States Foreign Trade Institute and many other prestigious institutions. The Goodwill Ambassadors of Solidary Foundation, Dr. Anire Okpaku and Dr. Adolfo Mares will take care of the project in the medical areas and services. Building: Concrete building or concrete precast, entirely developed on the ground floor, covering an area of 5,000 square meters, divided into contiguous sections. Location: Democratic Republic of Congo - State Kananga - Diocese of Luebo. Amount: The approx. amount will be € 5,000,000.00 (five millions euros). The tender will be called on the 30th day of January 2013 and will be awarded through the procedure pursuant to the Legislative Decree 163 of 12.04.2006 and s.m.e.i. , according to the criteria of the most advantageous tender. The participants that have the appropriate qualifications and express an interest, will be consequently invited .
