Sprint-Nextel CEO on Turnaround & Customers

Sprint-Nextel's stock has doubled since the last time Mad Money host Jim Cramer interviewed its CEO Dan Hesse. "The first phase of our turnaround took 4 years, and recently the American Customer Satisfaction Index has recognized us as the most improved U.S. company in customer satisfaction across all 47 industries studied," he says.
