August 10, 2012 Mr. Steven Muehler, President of Alta Vista Securities, today announced it will proceed with a joint venture for a Used Tires to Green Energy Company in the State of Florida. Beverly Hills, California - Mr. Steven Muehler, CEO of Alta Vista Securities, today announced the Company's "Alta Vista Securities Energy Fund I" will be proceeding with an investment that will open a recycling company in the State of Florida that uses its proprietary microwave molecular distillation to convert waste tires into renewable energy and high demand commodities, with zero emissions, zero footprint and total use of the entire tire. According to Mr. Muehler, "using this process, the company will be able to convert waste into profits, in an environmentally clean process, that complies with governmental laws and regulations." Environmental contamination from vast wastelands of used tires is plaguing our country. Traditional recycling produces contain harmful contaminants. Mr. Steven Muehler stated the Company's "process is clean and environmentally safe, producing only fuel oil, activated carbon, steel and natural gas as end products. These products will be sold in the markets to sustain high profitability helping our country become less dependent on foreign fuel while cleaning up the environment." Mr. Muehler went on to state, "The United States is facing an energy crisis. The cost of fuel has skyrocketed and the country is faced with an increasing dependency on foreign suppliers. The Company will produce both natural gas and "#2" diesel fuel." Though four site locations in the State of Florida are under consideration, the Company is on schedule to be open and operational the fall/winter of 2012.
