March 19, 2015 The same group that tried to buy Blackjacks Gentlemen's Club in 2013 is back for a second pitch before Kane County officials. A strip club operator promises 200 jobs, increased tax revenue for the county and a full makeover for the property. "The people who come in for a shot and a beer, we don't want them," she said.
