Suburban volunteers bring help, smiles to Washington, Ill. | |

November 27, 2013 People from the suburbs are making a difference in Washington as the town recovers from last week's EF-4 tornado. "We had all seen photos, but seeing it in person was kind of shocking," said Ryan Lacerna, a 20-year-old from Des Plaines who traveled to Washington with some of his classmates at nearby Bradley University.
