Suburbs organizing relief for Philippines typhoon victims | |

November 16, 2013 Suburbanites have wasted no time in offering aid to the ongoing relief efforts for the Philippines in the wake of the devastating Typhoon Haiyan. Fundraisers have been organized all over the area in towns like Elk Grove Village, Schaumburg and Glendale Heights. "The response has been amazing," said Michelle Lura White of Rolling Meadows.
