Suburbs' putting new O'Hare noise on ballots | |
August 21, 2014 As complaints about increased airplane noise from O'Hare International Airport grow louder, more towns are voicing their displeasure by putting advisory referendum questions on the Nov. 4 ballot. The completion of a new runway in October has upset thousands of area residents. "This is obviously an issue that needs to be addressed," Bensenville Village President Frank Soto said.
