Suburbs' putting new O'Hare noise on ballots

As complaints about increased airplane noise from O'Hare International Airport grow louder, more towns are voicing their displeasure by putting advisory referendum questions on the Nov. 4 ballot. The completion of a new runway in October has upset thousands of area residents. "This is obviously an issue that needs to be addressed," Bensenville Village President Frank Soto said.
